About Dr. Douglas G. Frank
Scientist, educator, and national advocate for election integrity.
Dr. Douglas G. Frank is a scientist, inventor, educator, and national voice in the election-integrity movement. With a foundation in chemistry, physics, and data analysis, he applies statistical and modeling techniques to examine voting patterns, voter rolls, precinct turnout, and election data across the United States.
After the 2020 presidential election, Dr. Frank turned his data-analysis work toward election records, beginning with precinct-level turnout data and voter rolls and later expanding his work nationwide. He has delivered hundreds of presentations in churches, civic centers, legislative settings, and community events across more than 40 states.
His presentations typically focus on concerns about voter-roll accuracy, unusual statistical patterns in precinct-level results, the influence of private funding and outside groups in election administration, potential vulnerabilities in electronic voting systems and poll books, and the importance of paper ballots, chain-of-custody procedures, and local oversight.
Dr. Frank trains and encourages local election-integrity teams to analyze public data in their own counties, engage with local officials, and advocate for reforms such as stronger voter-roll maintenance, auditable paper records, and greater local control over elections.
He has collaborated with MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell on election-integrity conferences and documentaries. Supporters often refer to him as the “Johnny Appleseed of Election Integrity” because of his extensive grassroots travel and organizing.
